- 1. Location: Only customers within a 10km radius of the designated event location qualify.
- 2. Booking Window: Customers who request a service between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the promo day will be eligible.
- 3. One-Time Use: Limited to one free assessment per customer during the promo period.
services covered
The promo applies only to the following services:
- 1. Electrical Repairs (e.g., wiring, socket fixes, breaker issues)
- 2. Generator Repairs (e.g., diagnostics, minor fixes)
- 3. Plumbing Repairs (e.g., leaks, pipe blockages, faucet issues)
- 4. AC Maintenance (e.g., inspection, basic cleaning, performance checks)
Exclusions:
- 5.1. New installations, major overhauls, or full system replacements
- 5.2. Any materials, spare parts, or consumables needed for repairs.
booking & redemption process
- 1. Requests must be made through the Ayuda App during the promo period.
- 2. Location verification will be done via GPS or manual confirmation by Ayuda support.
- 3. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Service Provider (SP) Terms
- 1. Maximum assessment time: 1 hour per visit.
- 2. If the issue requires additional work beyond inspection, the SP will provide a separate quote.
- 3. Ayuda reserves the right to replace or reassign SPs based on availability.
customer responsibilities
- 1. Must provide accurate location and contact details.
- 2. Should ensure clear access to the problem area for assessment.
- 3. Must acknowledge that only labour is free—any parts or materials will incur extra costs.
cancellation & no-shows
- 1. If a customer cancels after booking, the free slot is forfeited.
- 2. If an SP is unable to attend, Ayuda will reschedule or refund the call-out fee.
liability & disclaimers
- 1. Ayuda is not liable for pre-existing damages discovered during inspection.
- 2. Customers are responsible for any additional repair costs post-assessment.
- 3. The promo does not guarantee full resolution of issues—only an initial diagnostic.
