  1. Ayuda App is offering a free call-out fee for initial assessments on electrical repairs, generator repairs, plumbing repairs, and AC maintenance to eligible customers. This promotion covers labour only—any required materials, parts, or additional services will be billed separately.
    1. eligibility criteria

    2. 1. ⁠⁠Location: Only customers within a 10km radius of the designated event location qualify.
    3. 2. Booking Window: Customers who request a service between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the promo day will be eligible.
    4. 3. ⁠One-Time Use: Limited to one free assessment per customer during the promo period.
    5. services covered

      The promo applies only to the following services:
    6. 1. ⁠Electrical Repairs (e.g., wiring, socket fixes, breaker issues)
    7. 2. ⁠Generator Repairs (e.g., diagnostics, minor fixes)
    8. 3. ⁠Plumbing Repairs (e.g., leaks, pipe blockages, faucet issues)
    9. 4. ⁠AC Maintenance (e.g., inspection, basic cleaning, performance checks)
    10. Exclusions:
      1. 5.1. ⁠New installations, major overhauls, or full system replacements
      2. 5.2. ⁠Any materials, spare parts, or consumables needed for repairs.

    12. 1. ⁠Requests must be made through the Ayuda App during the promo period.
    13. 2. ⁠Location verification will be done via GPS or manual confirmation by Ayuda support.
    14. 3. ⁠Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    15. Service Provider (SP) Terms

    16. 1. ⁠Maximum assessment time: 1 hour per visit.
    17. 2. ⁠If the issue requires additional work beyond inspection, the SP will provide a separate quote.
    18. 3. ⁠Ayuda reserves the right to replace or reassign SPs based on availability.
    19. customer responsibilities

    20. 1. Must provide accurate location and contact details.
    21. 2. ⁠Should ensure clear access to the problem area for assessment.
    22. 3. ⁠Must acknowledge that only labour is free—any parts or materials will incur extra costs.
    23. cancellation & no-shows

    24. 1. ⁠If a customer cancels after booking, the free slot is forfeited.
    25. 2. ⁠If an SP is unable to attend, Ayuda will reschedule or refund the call-out fee.
    26. modification or termination of promo

      ayudahub reserves the right to:
    27. 1. Modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
    28. 2. ⁠Reject fraudulent or duplicate bookings.
    29. 3. ⁠Update terms without prior notice (if applicable).
    30. liability & disclaimers

    31. 1. ⁠Ayuda is not liable for pre-existing damages discovered during inspection.
    32. 2. ⁠Customers are responsible for any additional repair costs post-assessment.
    33. 3. ⁠The promo does not guarantee full resolution of issues—only an initial diagnostic.
