Users and Service providers can mutually suspend an ongoing request indefinitely or with a new date for urgent reasons. The suspending party may resume work when the agreed time and date is due.
Refund would be made partially or fully based on the mediation process of Ayudahub limited.
Money would be refunded into Clients transactional Account. Refunds typically take 14 working days.
