Ayuda Wallet is a secured electronic service that enables users and service providers to upload funds, store funds, send, receive funds, make payments for completed work and track payment history by simply using the Ayuda App.

Our well trained Customer service team at AYUDA will attend to your complaints and resolve the issues logged.

Complaints can be logged using the App or by calling any of our toll-free numbers for assistance. A well-resourced Issues Department with top- notch IT Infrastructure are always on standby to attend to your issues, queries and concerns that may arise from our operations which requires assistance.

suspend requests

Users and Service providers can mutually suspend an ongoing request indefinitely or with a new date for urgent reasons. The suspending party may resume work when the agreed time and date is due.

refunds

Refund would be made partially or fully based on the mediation process of Ayudahub limited.

Money would be refunded into Clients transactional Account. Refunds typically take 14 working days.

To make your life simpler, we’ve also implemented In-App Chat Support. If ever you have a question, suggestion, or just feel like chatting the Service Provider, just tap on the “Chat Provider icon", and Ayuda expert will get back to you as soon as they can.

Payments are made online through a secured payment platform. All payments are made through mobile money and various e-card services available on our platform. Direct bank transfers can also be arranged with the appropriate relationship managers to cover expenses for agreed works.

Customer Support

We provide a 24 hour on call service through our toll free numbers on all networks. Our call centres receive calls from every part of the country in English language and the 2 major local languages in Ghana (Twi and Hausa). Our well trained customer service team at AYUDA will do all that is necessary to meet the needs, concerns and reasonable request from our users.

A well-resourced Issues Department (The I.D) made up of top notch professionals with a state of the art ICT infrastructure is always on standby to receive issues, queries and anomalies that may arise from our operations that require in-depth analysis and critical thinking to resolve and address challenges to the satisfaction of our customers. Issues identified by our Issues department will receive the utmost attention and will be looked into with clarity of thought in order to deliver prompt and speedy solutions, by the right Relationship Managers (RMs) in real time.
